Job Description

Technical Solution Conversion: Deeply understand the process requirements of industrial and research clients (such as pressure, flow, medium characteristics, etc.), and provide professional solutions from individual components to complete fluid systems by combining with HOFUTECH product library.
Precise Customer Communication: Conduct technical communication with clients' R&D departments, procurement departments, and on-site engineers, and answer technical questions regarding product specifications, material compatibility, installation standards, etc.
Market Development: Responsible for developing new clients and maintaining existing clients within specified regions/industries, and identifying potential project opportunities.
Full-Process Project Management: Participate in project bidding, business negotiations, contract signing, and payment follow-up. Coordinate internal technical and after-sales resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
Market Information Feedback: Collect industry trends, market demands, and competitor information to provide basis for company's product optimization and sales strategies.

College degree or higher, with a background in science and engineering (preference given to majors such as mechanical engineering, automation, fluid mechanics, chemical engineering, process equipment and control engineering, measurement and control technology and instruments, etc.)
Basic ability to read mechanical drawings, familiar with the logic of industrial component selection
Preference given to candidates with 1-3 years of experience in industrial product sales, laboratory equipment sales, or related technical backgrounds
Preference given to those familiar with fluid control products (valves, fittings, pumps, couplings, etc.) or related industry application scenarios
Recent graduates with excellent academic records (with strong interest in fluid technology and strong learning ability) are also considered
Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering fluid system principles and product knowledge
Good communication and expression skills, as well as business negotiation abilities, capable of delving into technical details while also actively exploring the market
Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to [occasional/frequent] short trips (visiting industrial customers/research institutions)
Honest, rigorous, resilient, and possessing a spirit of teamwork
